Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal use, shopping and legitimate business enquiries.
You must not:
• interfere with the security or operation of the website
• misuse forms or customer accounts
• attempt unauthorised access
• introduce malicious code
• copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission
• use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights
Products and product information
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colours may vary between screens. Handmade products and separate production batches may have minor variations.
The materials, dimensions, contents, care information and fulfilment details that apply to an item are stated on its product page.
“Swiss Studio” describes the product’s fulfilment route and the location from which it is prepared and dispatched. It does not automatically mean that every product or component was manufactured, printed or finished in Switzerland.
Prices and additional charges
Prices are shown in the currency selected for the relevant market.
Prices include taxes where Shopify indicates that they are included.
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Orders crossing a border may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Placing an order
Before submitting an order, you can review and correct:
• the product
• the selected variant or size
• the quantity
• the delivery address
• the price
• the shipping method and charge
After the order is submitted, we send an electronic confirmation.
An automated order acknowledgement does not always mean that the order has been accepted.
The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it, depending on the confirmation provided.
We may reject or cancel an order if:
• an item is unavailable
• product or price information was materially incorrect
• payment is not authorised
• the delivery destination is unavailable
• a delivery restriction cannot be met
• we reasonably suspect fraud, resale abuse or misuse
• an applicable purchase limit has been exceeded
If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Availability and quantity limits
Inventory and availability are shown by product or variant where possible.
A “coming soon” or availability-notification state is not an offer to sell and does not guarantee a launch date.
We may apply genuine quantity limits, including the displayed maximum for applicable POD products, to manage fulfilment, availability and return risk.
We do not use false stock claims or artificial scarcity.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders may be fulfilled from our Arosa studio or by a print-on-demand production partner.
Products from different fulfilment routes may be delivered in separate parcels and may have separate shipping charges.
Delivery is subject to the destinations, restrictions and prices shown at checkout and to our Shipping Policy.
Club membership
Club membership is a one-time purchase of CHF 50 with no annual renewal.
Membership includes:
• permanent membership
• a permanent sequential Club Number
• occasional Club updates
Membership supports the work of the 1800m Club.
It is not an investment, membership of a registered association, or a promise of discounts, financial returns or particular future benefits.
Everyone may continue to shop and enjoy our products, stories and characters without joining.
Returns, withdrawals and defects
Returns, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights concerning defective, incorrectly described or undelivered goods.
Intellectual property
The 1800m Club name, Ray & Monty characters, Ibbi, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, product designs and other original content are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Using the website does not transfer ownership of this content or grant permission to reproduce, adapt, distribute or use it commercially.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party websites, or interruptions and delays outside our reasonable control.
These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
External websites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience.
We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their later content, availability, privacy practices or services.
Applicable law and disputes
Swiss law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
The courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
Please contact us first at info@1800mclub.ch so that we can try to resolve a problem directly.
Changes to these terms
The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
We may update these terms for future website use and future orders when our services or legal obligations change.
